Bespoke and Special Design Towbars
60 years of fitting towbars to Motorhomes has taught us that many cannot conform to a standard design of towbar. There are simply too many different variations of chassis, extensions, coachbuilders, corner steadies, water tanks, battery boxes and other paraphernalia to engineer around. As a result, we offer a bespoke design and fit service where individual variations can be taken into account. By doing this we treat each motorhome as the individual it is and can also adapt the towbar to the customers needs.

The process usually takes one working day, during which time we will design, fit and wire with single or double electrics, a one-off towbar for your vehicle.
Our motorhome towbars are designed around existing strong points on the original chassis and are based on years of experience with all types of base vehicles including VW Campers, Peugeot Talbot, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducatto, Ford Transit, Iveco, Mercedes and the increasingly popular Alko chassis conversion.
The nature of this type of design means that it is often difficult to quote an exact price without discussing individual requirements first, but the cost is generally between £450 to £550 plus.VAT.
Unlike some towbar manufacturers, we do as much as we can to minimise the impact of the towbar on the look of your vehicle. This is achieved by hiding as much of the framework as possible, underneath your motorhome. Below are some examples of our recent work.
